Schedule Your Free ConsultationYou've been fighting your own mind.
Thoughts that don’t feel like yours. Images you never asked for. Questions that won’t stop looping.
A constant need to check, reassure, avoid, or “figure it out” before something terrible happens.
You might be terrified of what the thoughts say about you – ashamed to admit them out loud.
You're exhausted.
There’s a fear of losing control.
Intrusive thoughts can show up around harm, sex, morality, contamination, responsibility…
They don’t match your values. That’s why they scare you.
Replaying conversations, seeking reassurance, avoiding situations, and constantly researching symptoms.
There are decisions you make based on anxiety instead of what actually matters to you.
You want relief, not more confusion.
It feels like you're losing yourself.
You thought this season of life would feel different.
Instead, you feel anxious, disconnected, emotionally flooded, or numb.
You love your baby deeply and still feel like something is off.
Sleep is disrupted. Hormones shift. Identity changes. Question if you’re bonding “correctly.”
You're ready for a shift.
OCD continues interfering with work, parenting, or relationships.
Anxiety is dictating what you can and can’t do. Intrusive thoughts feel louder. Panic feels closer.
Postpartum distress isn’t lifting the way you hoped. You’re functioning, but barely.
If nothing changes, life continues shrinking around the symptoms.
You can face intrusive thoughts without feeding them and learn to tolerate uncertainty without trying to eliminate it.
Life stops revolving around fear and starts reflecting your values. Trust in your mind grows, and daily decisions feel freer.
Therapy provides stabilization, education, and meaningful support. Understanding what's happening, biologically and emotionally, reduces shame.
The goal is simple: anxiety no longer runs the show.
Hi, we're Niles and Erin.
We specialize where general therapy often falls short: OCD treatment and perinatal mental health.
Starting therapy is structured and collaborative. We assess carefully, explain clearly, and set expectations so you know what to expect.
Using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), you can learn how the cycle of anxiety and OCD works and practice exposures in ways that build confidence, not shame. We walk through the dark forest together. The work is direct. It can be uncomfortable. And it leads to freedom.
If you’re looking for perinatal support, we combine research-informed care with emotional validation and relational support. We also address sleep, mood, support systems, and relationship dynamics to create a plan that feels grounded and realistic. This is specialized care: focused, direct, and human.
We see you as a whole person, not a list of symptoms. Diagnosis can clarify, but it doesn’t define you.
